The standard shipping timeframe for all orders is 7–15 days. Actual shipping times vary by country.

Note: Production is typically completed within 2 weeks. If your order has special requirements (such as reshooting pet photos), we understand that this may extend the production time.

Before shipping, we send design proofs to all customers for approval. Therefore, the sooner you approve the design, the sooner we can ship your order!

All orders are trackable once shipped, and you will receive a tracking number via email immediately after your order is shipped.

Note: During holidays, delays may occur due to the surge in packages handled by shipping carriers.

Pet portraits are typically completed within 7–12 days, and custom merchandise is usually ready within 48 hours. Please refer to the product details page for specific shipping times. Shipping times may be delayed due to holidays, severe weather, strikes, or other uncontrollable factors. In such cases, please contact our customer service team for more information.
