Shipping: 7–15 days worldwide.
Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent straight to your email.

Can I request changes?

What is your refund policy?

  • 24-Hour Grace Period: Full, unconditional refund within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Risk-Free Creation: Unlimited free revisions until you absolutely love the artwork preview.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or packaging, I will redraw it for free or issue a full refund.
  • Custom Order Policy: Once painting begins (after 24 hours), refunds cannot be issued for a change of mind or non-quality reasons.
