Refund policy

Due to the customized nature of Bolapawzi products, we do not offer returns. Your artwork is carefully designed by us to belong entirely to you and your pet.

If ou are not satisfied with the final product, please contact us. Satisfying our customers is one of our aims and we will do our best to ensure you are happy with your final masterpiece. We offer unlimited alterations to the photos and costumes you originally ordered. Unlimited alterations are small changes that can be made to the artwork. If you need a substantial modification (such as a new photo or a costume/product change), you have the option to change the photo or change the costume, but only once per order. If you would like to use a third photo for your pet's pattern, or would like to change garments a third time, our customer support team can send you a $10 invoice for the cost of creating a new pattern.

If you receive the wrong product, an incorrect size or print, or if a product is damaged in transit, we will of course not hesitate to replace it. In such cases, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If you have recently placed an order and have changed your mind, you may cancel it within 12 hours. If 12 hours have elapsed, we will authorize the cancellation at our discretion. The reason for this is that our artists will usually start work as soon as you place your order. If your artwork has already been produced and you request to cancel your order, we will not issue a refund.
