Since it is a customized product, we usually need 5-7 business days to ship. If you need a more urgent order, you can choose express shipping, which can reduce the shipping time to 2 - 3 business days

All our pet products are made of high quality and environmentally friendly materials. Each customized product undergoes a rigorous quality check before shipping. Our goal is to provide you with durable, safe products that will ensure they last for a long time.

If you contact us within 48 hours of placing your order, we will do our best to accommodate your design change request. However, after 48 hours, the production process may have already started and changes may not be possible. Therefore, please double check your customization details before submitting your order.

Since customized products are made just for you, we generally do not accept returns unless there is a quality issue. If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will offer a replacement or refund after assessing the situation.

We do portraits of all types of pets. Fish, birds, hamsters, rabbits, lizards, snakes, horses and the list goes on. If you have a photo of your pet, we will make it into a masterpiece.
