At Bolapawzi, every portrait is carefully hand-painted and made just for you. We are happy to offer FREE WORLDWIDE STANDARD SHIPPING on all portrait collections, with no minimum order required.

1. Production Time

Estimated production time: 7–12 days.

Each portrait is individually hand-painted, so production times may vary depending on the style, complexity, and customization requirements. Please refer to the product page for specific estimates.

Additional revisions, holidays, or high order volumes may extend production time.

2. Shipping Time

• Standard Shipping: 7–10 weekdays after dispatch.

• Express Shipping: 4-5 weekdays ; An optional faster delivery service. Estimated delivery times depend on the destination.

Delivery times may vary depending on your country, customs clearance, and carrier conditions. Shipping time does not include production or artwork approval time.

3. Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: FREE Worldwide — Available on all portrait collections, with no minimum purchase required.

• Express Shipping: $9.99 USD — Optional expedited delivery.

Express Shipping speeds up delivery after dispatch but does not shorten the artwork production or approval process.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

5. Artwork Approval

Before shipping, we will send you a preview of your completed artwork for approval.

You can request unlimited minor revisions for free before approving your portrait, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Please note that revisions may extend the overall processing time.

6. Shipping Delays & Contact

While we do our best to meet the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to holidays, customs, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
