                                             SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Please consider the shipping time provided at checkout as the final “estimated” shipping date. Most orders typically take around 2 weeks.
The standard logistics cycle for all orders is 15-20 days. Shipping duration varies by country.
Note: Production usually takes under 2 weeks. If your order has special requirements (e.g,reshooting pet photos), we understand this will extend the production timeline.
We will send design proofs to all customers for confirmation before shipping. Therefore, the sooner you confirm, the sooner we can ship!

All orders are tracked at the time of shipment and you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as you receive your order.
NOTE: During the holiday season, delays may occur due to a surge in the number of packages our couriers need to ship.

Estimated shipping times are as follows: 
Normal shipping time is 15-20 working days, and will be delayed in case of holidays, weather, strikes and other uncontrollable factors, at which time you can consult our customer service staff for details.
Express shipping time is 7-10 working days (need to pay extra expediting fee).

Shipping is a flat rate: 
Regular Express Shipping: $16.99 
Expedited Shipping: $25.99 (5-8 business days in advance).

- Occasionally we offer a “Skip the Queue Production” service. This shipping method speeds up the creation of the artwork as we queue up photos of your pet in front of the artist. However, this does not speed up the express shipping time.
- If your order requires a new photo, please understand that this will of course extend the production time.
