1. Our Products & Services

Bolapawzi specializes in custom, hand-painted artwork, including personalized pet portraits, family and people portraits, and car portraits.

Each artwork is individually created based on the reference photographs and customization instructions you provide.

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in colors, details, and artistic interpretation may occur. These variations do not affect your statutory rights if a product does not conform to the agreed specifications.

We strive to display our products accurately, but colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

2. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your contact details, shipping address, reference photographs, and customization requirements.

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout. Any applicable taxes, additional charges, or optional services will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout, including PayPal and Stripe.

We reserve the right to review, decline, or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, unavailable products, or errors that prevent us from fulfilling an order. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we will issue an appropriate refund in accordance with applicable law.

3. Customer Photos & Content Rights

To create your personalized artwork, you may be asked to upload photographs and provide customization instructions.

You confirm that you own the submitted photographs or have the necessary rights and permissions to provide them for the requested service.

You retain any rights you hold in your original photographs.

By submitting photographs or other reference materials, you grant Bolapawzi and its authorized artists and service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to use those materials as necessary to create, revise, fulfill, and support your order.

Our authorized artists may be located in China and may access the reference materials necessary to complete your artwork.

Promotional Use of Customer Photos and Artwork

We may wish to feature customer-submitted photographs or completed artwork in our website galleries, social media, or advertising.

However, placing an order or uploading a photograph does not automatically grant us permission to use identifiable personal images for promotional purposes.

Where required by applicable law, we will obtain separate, valid authorization before using customer photographs or personalized artwork for marketing or public display.

You may contact support@bolapawzi.com regarding promotional permissions or to request that promotional use be stopped, subject to applicable law.

4. Artwork Previews & Revisions

Once your artwork is completed, we will send you a preview for review before shipping.

Unlimited Minor Revisions

You may request unlimited minor revisions at no additional cost before approving your artwork.

Minor revisions include small adjustments to colors, facial features, fur, backgrounds, and other details consistent with your original reference photograph and customization instructions.

Major Changes & Redrawing Fee

Major changes, such as replacing the original reference photograph, changing the subject, or significantly altering the artwork's composition or style, require additional work.

A $30 USD redrawing fee applies to each major change request, including the first one.

We will inform you of the fee and obtain your approval before beginning the additional work.

Major changes may extend the production time.

Once you approve the final artwork, we will prepare it for shipping. Further customization changes may no longer be possible.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory remedies for defective or non-conforming products.

5. Order Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order for a full refund.

After 12 hours, cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis because production may already have started.

Once production has begun, cancellation or refunds due solely to a change of mind may no longer be available.

Returns & Refunds

Because our artworks are personalized and made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or personal preference.

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not conform to your order, please contact us for assistance.

We recommend reporting such issues within 7 days of delivery. This recommended period does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, or a refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer FREE WORLDWIDE STANDARD SHIPPING on all portrait collections, with no minimum order value.

Our estimated timelines are:

• Production: 7–12 days, depending on the portrait style and customization requirements.

• Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days after dispatch — FREE worldwide.

• Express Shipping: 4–5 business days after dispatch — $9.99 USD.

Shipping times do not include production, artwork approval, or revision time.

Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, carrier operations, and other circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights regarding delivery, delays, or non-delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

The Bolapawzi name, branding, Website design, product descriptions, graphics, and other materials created or owned by Bolapawzi are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our protected Website content without permission, except where permitted by law.

Customers retain any rights they hold in the photographs and other materials they submit.

Ownership and permitted uses of commissioned artwork are subject to applicable intellectual property law and any specific written agreement between Bolapawzi and the customer.

Purchasing a physical artwork does not, by itself, transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights unless expressly agreed in writing or required by law.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Personal information may include order details, contact information, payment-related information, reference photographs, and Website usage data.

Our online store is powered by Shopify. We also use service providers, including payment processors, shipping partners, and authorized artists, to fulfill orders.

Personalized products may qualify for an exception to the standard 14-day withdrawal right where the legal conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.

Nothing in these Terms prevents consumers from exercising legal rights or remedies that cannot be waived by contract.
