Step-by-Step Timeline

Day 1–2: Order Confirmation & Artist Assignment

Once you place your order and upload your reference photo, our team reviews it within 1–2 business days. We check photo quality, confirm the style you've chosen, and assign your project to the artist best suited for your pet's breed and the portrait style.

If your photo has any issues (too dark, too blurry, too low-resolution), we'll contact you right away to request a better one — so don't wait to upload.

Day 3–7: Painting Begins

Your artist starts work. Depending on the style:

• Classic Acrylic: 6–8 hours of painting time
• Premium Acrylic: 8–12 hours of painting time
• Museum Oil Series: 15–20+ hours, plus drying time between layers
